Conveyancing Executive

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a successful and ambitious law firm with a national presence. They are now looking for experienced property specialists to join the team in Plymouth

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor or Conveyancing Executive who will be given the opportunity to work on a wide variety of property matters for clients spanning the public and private sectors, including household names in the housing, banking, commercial investment and development, education and energy sectors.

The Real Estate team deal with a range of matters which could involve you working on LPA Receiverships, residential conveyancing, plot sales, title review projects, lease reports, property searches, land registry applications, SDLT returns, deeds of surrender, licenses for works, licences to assign, notices of assignment, statutory declarations, project due diligence and managing data rooms.

Yopu would be joining a market leading firm who provide full training and a supportive structure where you can develop your technical expertise you can add new skills if you are not fully trained in all of the above.

You will need to be able to provide the best possible client experience and this will come from building strong and meaningful relationships with your legal team, and giving clients the best sound commercial advice.
