Finance Revenue Assistant at Leading International Law Firm to £26,000
Fantastic International Law Firm is looking to hire a new Revenue Assistant to assist in the general billing functions of the Finance department on a permanent basis. Responsibilities will include producing and editing pre bills and ensuring they comply with the relevant VAT and Solicitor’s Accounts Rules, processing time and cost transfers, closing matters, producing client invoices, preparing WIP reports for internal and external clients, assisting with credit control processes and chasing bills as directed, providing billing information to fee earners on request, processing write-offs of unbillable time and disbursements, assisting with the production of weekly time reports and circulating to practice heads, carrying out archiving for the department, performing reconciliations of the petty cash system and any other ad hoc duties as required. Candidates should have excellent attention to detail, be proactive and be willing to use their initiative. Applicants should also have previous Credit Control and billing experience and have strong experience using the Microsoft office package and should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The salary for this role is up to £26,000 and the standard working hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm.
