Finance Manager required at International Law Firm, to £75,000
Fantastic international law firm based in the City is looking to recruit a new Regional Finance Manager to take control of the day-to-day running of the Finance function for three of the firm’s offices alongside their respective Managing Partners. Responsibilities will include overseeing the monthly management accounts process, overseeing the annual audit process and review Law Society audits, completing partnership and company tax returns for a number of entities, authorising payroll for the three offices, managing the accounts payable function, overseeing the budget process and any other duties when required. You will also be required to travel to other offices, particularly when discussing budgets for the year ahead and at year-end, so a flexible attitude is a must. Candidates should be able to manage a complex and demanding workload, and have the ability to prioritise tasks and projects to meet targets and deadlines. The successful applicant should also be able to communicate effectively with personnel across all levels of seniority and have prior experience of conducting an annual budgeting process. Being ACCA or ACA qualified would also be beneficial. Knowledge of the basic Microsoft Office package is essential, while experience of Aderant would be extremely advantageous.
