Risk & Compliance Administrator at Award Winning International Law Firm: to £28,000
A prestigious international law firm is looking to hire a new Administrator to join the Risk and Compliance department on a permanent basis. Responsibilities will include instigate, query and clear conflict checks as appropriate, monitor via the daily report, new matters and query/improve data where incorrect, checking matter opening, manage the Business File creation process, apply security and data changes as per Data Change Requests (DCRs); adding security to matters in 3 different systems, monitor the client name and address changes in InterAction which are "owned" by Aderant and action as necessary; amend and update client and matter information, close and cancel registered in error matters, create new starters and facilitate the leaver process, update users when they change department or rank, assisting with various Risk and Compliance projects (e.g. Firm Wide AML Risk Assessment, AML approvals, PC renewals, GDPR, sanctions, etc). Candidates need to have a minimum of two years’ experience working within a professional services environment, preferably a law firm. Candidates must have excellent written, communication and organisational skills.
