This team are not only a leading light for Lawyers amongst the Big 4 Accountancy firms, they also take lead in the wider Tax Litigation market and have provided advice and representation in some of the industry's largest cases that have shaped the market today!

The Partner and Head of Indirect Tax Litigation is heavily invested in his team and their development and in a return they are also very invested to him. With 2017 being another hugely successful year for them, over 50% of the team were promoted at a range of different levels and the pipeline for 2018 is looking to be an even stronger 12 months.

Covering a broad spectrum of cases from various industry sectors, which include; manufacturing, housing, telecommunications, financial services and local authorities, everyone within the team are welcomed to bring ideas to the table. Associates are also encouraged to run with their own ideas with confidence and backing of a strong support network including a leading name in the market as a mentor. Their current specialism include VAT, customs duty, excise duties hydrocarbon oils, and landfill tax.

They offer a flexible platform, which see's Lawyers having the option to work from home when needed and flexible office time for Lawyers with other demanding responsibilities. This is a strong team who support and develop together as they continue to succeed!

Who they are looking for;

  • An experienced Litigator with 2-5 years experience of Indirect Tax Disputes
  • A strong academic background
  • A passion and drive towards Tax Disputes is compulsory, along with an interest in current market topics/cases.

He will invest his time and knowledge into individuals who are enthusiastic to learn and develop to ensure they succeed.
