A Highly regarded legal 500 law firm based in Dudley are looking to expand their Plot Sales team due to the recent appointment of a senior hire.

The firm are flexible in terms of the level of applicant as they will consider applicants with a minimum 1 years experience dealing with Plot Sales files.

Required Skills and Responsibilities;

- Minimum of 1 years experience handling your own caseload of Plot Sales files from inception through to completion
- Experience dealing with freehold/leasehold, sales/purchases, shared ownership, new builds
- Experience working towards and achieving targets
- Ability succeed working independently and within a team environment
- Possesses outstanding client care skills
- Willing to undertake training in order to progress
