Your new role
This defendant clinical negligence Paralegal role will see you join a team that continues to attract good quality work. You will be exposed to a broad range of defendant clinical negligence matters and have the chance to work with other experts in this field. Your work will involve supporting the Solicitors with all aspects of clinical negligence work, research, preparing instructions, drafting and proof-reading, updating bundles, taking statements, client liaison and associated administration.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be experienced in a similar Paralegal role, ideally in clinical negligence or with a strong interest in this area of work. You will have a law degree, strong academics and ideally have completed the LPC.

In return you will be offered a role with a well respected firm, paying circa £18,000 (up to £19,000 if you have LPC and previous healthcare litigation experience) plus excellent additional benefits, including a generous holiday allowance.
