Private Client Solicitor

My client, a well-respected law firm, are looking for a Solicitor to join their Private Client department at their offices in Liverpool.

On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package, which is negotiable, depending upon your previous experience. This includes 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, death in service benefit, rewarding 6% pension scheme and health care policy.

The role

The firm’s award winning Private Client team received the award for ‘Best Private Client Law Firm’ cementing their reputation as the best practice in Merseyside. The Private Client team includes experienced Solicitors, and members of Solicitors for the Elderly and STEP qualified practitioners.

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be exposed to a variety of exceptional quality work and will be dealing with high net worth clients on a daily basis. You will receive support from a Paralegal and will manage a mixed caseload to include Wills and Probate, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. You will be well organised, have an empathetic and professional approach to clients and will work well individually and as part of a team.

The candidate

You will be a Solicitor qualified to practice in England and Wales with at least three to five years PQE. My client is also willing to consider candidates who have more than five years PQE.

You must be confident in running a private client caseload unsupervised on a daily basis.
