Private Client Paralegal

My client is one of the most well-respected law firms in the Merseyside area who are currently looking for a Private Client Paralegal to join the team at their Liverpool office.  

On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package, which is negotiable, depending upon your previous experience. This includes 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, death in service benefit, rewarding 3% pension scheme and health care policy.

The role

My client is a highly-respected and long-established law practice who have an excellent reputation in the Merseyside region. The firm’s award-winning private client team offers specialist advice in all areas of this field, including wills, administration of complex estates, and Court of Protection work. 

In this Private Client Paralegal role, you will be able to work closely with the head of the Private Client department and gain exposure to a full breadth of Private Client work dealing with various matters of the law to include drafting of Wills and dealing with the administration of complex Estates. There will also be a focus on Court of Protection work which will involve you advising and dealing with applications to the Court of Protection, and registrations with the Office of the Public Guardian.

The candidate

You will have previous experience assisting fee earners with Private Client matters, with a proven track record working as a Private Client Paralegal. Alternatively, my client is also willing to consider candidates who have a genuine interest and passion in Private Client. You must be an LPC graduate and studied the Private Client module as an elective on your LPC.
