An award winning international Law Firm is looking to hire a new Talent Resourcing Assistant to join the London office on an initial 12-month FTC, to support with the recruitment of both business services and professional hires. Responsibilities will include maintaining relationships with key stakeholders through the end to end hiring process; adopting an advisory approach whilst ensuring best practice advice is followed, establishing business cases with the hiring partners/hiring managers and the relevant Talent Business Partner, understand the appropriate level of the hire to ensure cost effectiveness and actively managing the authorisation process with the key stake holders, agreeing the job spec for the specific role, preparing job descriptions with recruiting partners and managers, agreeing the attraction and selection process, drafting and placing adverts and recommending/introducing appropriate agencies, ensuring the effective use of social media, job boards and other media to source candidates. Other duties include briefing agencies, managing the PSL and non-PSL agency relationships and ensuring best practices are followed during the recruitment process, filtering applications and preparing shortlists for the partner/manager to review, interviewing candidates at either first or second round, managing the feedback and offer process with the key stakeholders, agreeing offer levels and working with the relevant Talent Business Partner to ensure internal and external salary benchmarking is considered, manage diversity and sociable mobility initiatives, creating offer paperwork for successful candidates, assisting with regular reporting on the success of recruitment processes, arranging relevant referencing and background screening for successful candidates, providing interview and CV feedback to agencies and direct candidates in a timely fashion, processing and tracking recruitment invoices. Candidates must have previous legal or professional services experience, excellent written and communication skills and interviewing experience.
