We have an opportunity for a Qualified Solicitor or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Wills & Probate to join a London based Law firm, providing high quality legal advice to the firm’s clients and meeting a financial target.
Supported by the admin support team you'll provide legal advice and run cases relating to non contentious and legal work pertaining particularly to all aspects of Wills & Probate.
You'll be reporting directly to the Head of Department, working within a team of 3 lawyers. Producing all your own typing & documents.
Key Result Areas
You'll be providing legal advice while working to the Law Society, Lexcel, ISO, WIQS and Solicitors’ Regulation Authority standards. Achieving a fee target as set out and agreed at the beginning of the financial year.
Working to the firm’s policies and procedures, you'll provide accurate and regular cost estimates ensuring that proper procedures for anti money laundering are adhered to. Must be flexible with regard to home and hospital visits.
