Construction Solicitor.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced construction solicitor to join the Bath office of this Legal 200 firm.
You will be dealing with a range of contentious and non-contentious construction matters working as part of an established team on projects from initial inception though to completion. Work encompasses a variety of commercial construction projects, as well as residential and mixed use developments, for clients including funders, tenants, developers and contractors.
The role would suit a construction solicitor of around with a minimum of 2 years PQE with experience of both contentious and non-contentious construction matters.
