Conveyancing Assistant

A highly regarded law firm based in Cheshire are looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their Residential Property Department.

This is an excellent career opportunity and on a day to day basis this role will consist of assisting a fee earner in dealing with the sales and purchase of residential property from initiation to completion. The role would include acknowledging and dealing with estate agents memorandum of sales, drafting contracts on sale transactions, dealing with pre-contract enquiries raised by buyers solicitors on sale transactions and Co-ordinating exchange of contracts once a file is signed off, to name a few.

The Ideal candidate role will need around 12 months minimum Sale and Purchase transactional experience and must have the ability to work as part of a team and individually. Its going to be extremely beneficial if you have previously assisted a Fee Earner with their busy Residential Conveyancing caseload.

The salary on offer is competitive and dependant upon your experience.
