Their real estate team is involved in some of the largest and most innovative development and investment transactions and infrastructure projects in the UK which you would be a part of.

Real Estate Associate - Top 20 International firm - London
Our client is looking to recruit an associate in to the Real Estate transactional team. The successful candidate will work with a variety of partners in the team but in addition to this, the role requires the candidate to quickly establish good relationships with clients as well as other areas of the firm including construction, tax and property finance.
They are looking for an associate who is keen to apply their skill set to the complex and challenging case load offered within the real estate team. The opportunity will expose the successful candidate to cutting edge and high profile transactions, international client base and all within a collegiate and vibrant team. The successful candidate will be expected to embrace the opportunity to work on transactions outside of the UK which will add to the already varied caseload.
Profile
The successful candidate will have trained at a leading Real Estate team, will have gained good experience of acting on a wide range of commercial property, development and investment transactions and will have experience of acting for other important players in the Real Estate industry such as financiers and occupiers.
The candidate must be interested in business development and be willing to play a pivotal role in marketing initiatives.
Job Offer
£75,000 - £105,000 pa
