About You
This position requires a UK qualified solicitor (or foreign-qualified lawyer with UK-based experience) with at least 5 years' PQE, although applications from all levels will be considered on merit. You must possess experience of both non-contentious and contentious employment law, have experience with drafting employment-related contracts, and know how to liaise with HR to develop policies and procedures.
It is essentially that you have the commercial-acumen and communication skills that facilitate relationships building across the organisation. For this reason, it would be advantageous if applicants have already worked in-house, however those coming from a purely private practice background are still encouraged to apply.
This position commences in mid to late-May, so as well as candidates who are immediately available, those on notice periods elsewhere (of less than 3 months) can still be considered.
