Are you a Family Associate with around 5+ years PQE, tired of no progression in your current role? Looking for partnership prospects and real autonomy?
The Role
A highly reputable, multi-sited law firm in HQ in Surrey with branch office in Central London. The firm has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Family Solicitor to be a stand-alone with the Family Department initially. Excellent partnership prospects for the right candidate.
You will be dealing with a broad caseload of privately funded family matters, including some complex and challenging matters. Will include;
- Divorce, Separation
- Financial remedy
- Child arrangement orders
- Drafting and reviewing pre and post-nuptial agreements
- Cohabitations and injunctions
The successful candidate will be expected to participate in business development activities to include various networking events.
