Legal Counsel

This role will suit candidates looking to gain exposure to a wide variety of legal work and be willing to learn along the way. My client is looking for career focussed individuals who are open to growing with this rapidly expanding business.

Duties:

• Negotiation of commercial contract including but not limited to supplier management terms and conditions, software and services, IT contracts
• Negotiate and advise on customer and supplier contracts, RFP/RFI sales contracts and IP issues
• Advise and assist other business units with risk management and highlight contractual risks
• Provide assistance Employment legal issues
• Assist in implementation of GDPR and have responsibility for driving this across the business

Essentials:

• Qualified Solicitor
• Commercial contracts experience
