In-House Solicitor

Yorkshire plc and industry leader is seeking a commercially astute Solicitor to join their established, highly-regarded and integral In-House team.

This is a varied role encompassing all aspects of the industry including drafting and negotiating bespoke contracts, providing practical and commercially viable advice on a range of legal issues, analysing Invite to Tenders, and liaising with Stakeholders and external counsel.

This is a key role within the team and requires someone experienced in drafting and negotiating key contracts, with a background in either commercial or company law. Ideally 1 to 4 years PQE (although those outside of this banding including NQ's with a good commercial seat/exposure are welcome to apply), you will be pragmatic and commercially focused with confidence in your abilities.

The role would equally suit someone who was looking to make their first move into Industry or a lawyer looking for a step up/challenge. There are a number of significant projects ongoing and those with innovation, energy and solid commercial acumen can expect to participate fully.

Salary likely to be in the region of £40k-£45k + Car/Allowance.
