Real Estate Paralegal

An excellent opportunity has arisen at a Silver Circle law firm for a Real Estate Paralegal.

The team is highly ranked in Chambers and work with high profile clients on a range of commercial property matters. The Real Estate Paralegal can look forward to working closely with the associates on a range of transactions including acquisitions of land, development and redevelopment of iconic landmarks, disposal and sale of office buildings in the City of London and Canary Wharf, and property related issues for renewable energy.

This role is initially a 6 month contract and may particularly suit a future trainee who is keen to gain Real Estate experience before commencing their training contract. An excellent academic record is key, for example A’s and B’s at A-Level, a 2.1 from university and commendations/distinctions in the GDL/LPC.

Experience as a Real Estate Paralegal would be ideal, but applications are welcome from paralegals who have experience in any area of law who can demonstrate a keen interest in Real Estate, for example completing the elective on the LPC.
