Banking and Finance Paralegal
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading city firm looking for a paralegal to join their highly regarded Banking and Finance team.
The successful candidate will work closely with Associates and Partners within the Banking and Finance team on a variety of Corporate Finance transactions such as recapitalisations and IPOs. Other duties for the Banking team would involve managing virtual data rooms, supporting deals by drafting documentation and other ad hoc company secretarial duties such as liaising with companies house.
The ideal candidate Banking Paralegal will have at least 3 months Corporate or Finance experience.
