One of the most respected legal practices in South Yorkshire has an excellent opening for a newly-qualified or junior solicitor to join the Clinical Negligence team in Sheffield.

The firm is incredibly well-known in the area for this type of work and the team is busy, so even as a Junior member of the team you will be handling a high-quality, broad ranging caseload and will be exposed to some really complex matters. This could include anything from misdiagnosis to birth and brain injuries.

Since the firm has such a good reputation in the area, much of the firm's work comes from personal recommendations and word of mouth, meaning you will be dealing with a range of clients and will also have plenty of client contact.

By also assisting more experienced members of the team on complex, high-value files, you will be able to build on your existing skills and further your career within a supportive and encouraging environment.

Our client is quite open on level and will consider candidates from NQ level up to 4 years' PQE, however previous experience in Clinical Negligence is a must. The firm is also happy to consider those who may have done a Clinical Negligence seat in their training contract but qualified into a different area. For those who are less experienced, the firm is more than happy to provide the necessary support and help you build up to running a full caseload autonomously.
