Commercial Property Solicitor

A busy, growing and well established East Midlands law firm have an excellent opportunity for a commercial property solicitor in the firms Chesterfield office. The firm has some excellent quality work across all of its commercial departments and has a friendly, supportive and professional environment making it a great place to work.

You will join an experienced and welcoming commercial property team who have a wealth of quality commercial property experience between them meaning it will be a great opportunity to learn and develop in this role. This is a great opportunity for a junior to mid-level solicitor looking for a great next step in their career.

The role

You will work on a broad range of transactional commercial property matters, the partners within the team are keen for everyone within the department to get involved with a broad range of matters rather than churning out the same kind of work on a day to day basis. It is a great place to gain fully rounded commercial property experience.

You will work with a great client base. The team has been established for a significant time and has develop a great range of local contacts, regional businesses and national developers. You will have plenty of contact with local clients but also the opportunity to work on high value developments across the UK.

The candidate

The firm is ideally looking for a qualified solicitor at the junior or mid-level to join the team. However applications from qualified solicitors with commercial property experience at any level will be considered.

You should have great client skills being able to build rapport with a diverse client base.

Having demonstrable experience of developing business is preferable for this role.
