Commercial Property Fee Earner

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Fee Earner to join a regional firm in one of its North East based offices. The firm has a fantastic reputation for offering a high quality, personal service to its clients. The firm has a number of offices in the North East market but this Commercial Property Fee Earner role is based in our clients Darlington office.

The Role
- From day one you will be handling a broad Commercial Property case load which will include a mix of acquisition and disposal; mineral leases, property disputes and property investment.
- The firm boasts an impressive client base thus you can expect to handle a great quality of work.
- You will be encouraged to get involved in the firms business development and marketing.

The Candidate
- You will need to feel confident running your own commercial property case load, and although it is not essential previous experience in agricultural is desirable.
- Along with being technically sound, you will need to have the ability to build a fantastic rapport with clients.
- Our client is ideally looking for someone with upwards of three years hands on fee earning experience. However this is candidates on either side of this criteria will also be happily considered.
