Recruitment Consultant

I am currently working on behalf of an International Law Firm based in the City of London. My client is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join them on a 9 month FTC basis.

The ideal candidate will have Business Services/Support experience within Legal.

The Role:

• Responsible for all recruitment processes across Business Services.
• Managing all vacancies.
• Work closely with hiring managers across the firm.
• Screening CV applications for all positions.
• Maintaining relationships with the firms preferred agencies (PSL).
• Managing the candidate experience from initial screening to offer, acceptance and on-boarding.

Person Specification:

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience working across Business Services/ Support recruitment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
