An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Legal Executive to join a City law firm’s market leading Property practice.
The team work on a broad range of Property transactions, including complex development work, real estate acquisitions and disposals, portfolio and intergroup transfers, property work on joint ventures, infrastructure and planning agreements, property financing and deal structures for Registered Providers and charitable bodies.
The successful Legal Executive can look forward to managing their own caseload of Real Estate and Projects transactions. As such, this role would suit a Property Legal Exec with at least three years’ prior experience managing their own caseload of Property transactions.
This is a broad role which will incorporate undertaking sales and purchases of street properties for a number of key clients, to undertaking residential lease extensions acting for both landlord and tenant (both voluntary and statutory) and assisting in tenanted portfolio sales and purchases. There will also be opportunities to be involved in other work within the Real Estate team.
An important part of the role is helping with the management and development of junior fee earners and contributing more widely to the team and its growth, whilst also working closely with a Partner in the team.
This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Property Legal Executive who enjoys supervising junior fee earners whilst also managing their own caseload.
