A successful boutique firm based in central London.

THE ROLE

A company commercial solicitor with 2pqe+ looking for a path to partnership is now sought.

The firm offers flexible working across the firm and remote working IT facilities.

The salary will match experience and reflect if there is a client following, although this is not a prerequisite as the firm is inundated with work.

Client include mainly private companies, investors and shareholders with whom you should be able to work unsupervised.

Your experience is likely to include:

Drafting and reviewing articles, shareholder agreements and joint ventures.

Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.

Shareholder and business dispute resolution.

Running transactions for the sale and purchase of private companies.

EMI, EIS and SEIS

Investment agreements and fund-raising agreements

Knowledge of basic employment law.

ABOUT YOU

With at least 2pqe you will be looking to join a boutique firm which handles top end work and offers high client service standards as well as close client contact, akin to the role of an in house legal adviser.

Able to work flexibly, you will have excellent IT skills and be able to work independently without the infrastructure of a large firm.

The role would suit someone looking to build a name and a profile and grow a team.
