Village Green and Right of Way Legal Officer
Our client requires someone with experience in Rights of Way and Village Greens to join their successful, commercially focused team. You will be experienced in dealing with Village Greens matters and/or Rights of Way issues which arise. Work will include dealing with applications, writing reports in relation to Village Greens and assisting with inquiry work as and when necessary.
In relation to Rights of Way, the client has a considerable backlog of section 53 reports which needs reducing, and someone who has a definitive map background might be ideal in this instance. Any experience of legal matters pertaining to Public Open Spaces would be advantageous.
This is a full time or part time role and is to join a stable team of 9 individuals. You will be offered initial support and training on the internal IT systems, but prior knowledge of Village Greens, Rights of Way or Public Open Spaces is essential.
This opportunity would be suited to either a lawyer or paralegal with experience in Rights of Way and Village Greens.
