A leading US law firm with a particular strength in the energy and technology sectors is recruiting an Associate in their growing corporate team in London.
The role will involve working on international M&A and private equity deals for clients including global funds and corporates.
You will be part of a collegiate London office which has a 'down-to-earth' culture and where you will get high levels of responsibility your work as well as in client relationship development.
There is a market leading remuneration package for this role and the firm will consider lawyers who have qualified either in London or in another common law jurisdiction including Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
