Law Costs Negotiator.
A personal injury specialist law firm based in Birkenhead are currently looking to recruit an experienced Law Costs Negotiator. You will be required to have experience of working within a costs role reviewing files, preparing costs schedules and negotiating claimant’s costs, predominantly RTA.

Duties include drafting costs schedules, drafting formal fixed cost bills, dealing with replies, negotiating fixed cost cases and Dealing with third party solicitors and insurers on a day to day basis over the phone, email and letter
