Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer to join a fantastic public sector organisation based near Newcastle. The Property Lawyer role is close to the city centre, offering great transport links.

The successful candidate for the Residential Property Lawyer role will be joining a friendly, supportive property team, dealing with a wide range of matters such as the following:

• Long & short leases
• Disposals
• Reviewing schemes
• Acquiring
• Title checks

The ideal candidate will be an experienced locum lawyer who is available for a 12 month period to assist on upcoming projects. Ideally working full-time, however the client would consider part-time work or a flexible working arrangement.
