This leading real estate investment manager is looking for an experienced real estate funds lawyer to join their legal team.
Advising on complex transaction matters, you will take the lead on the structuring and governance of new fund development, property business strategy identifying legal and regulatory trends, developing join ventures and acquisition of fund businesses globally. You will advise on share purchase agreements, financing agreements, joint venture agreements and general funds documentation (such as LLPs).
You will have trained and qualified at a top City firm, have ideally gained experience in-house, within the real estate funds space, have had exposure to real estate and corporate issues relating to fund structuring.
