Asset Management Lawyer, 3+

This Mayfair based fund services company is looking for a commercial lawyer to join their highly successful fund administration business.

As part of the Senior Management Team you will advise on a broad range of documents such as funds structures, trust documents, LLPs, and advise the Board on complex legal and commercial matters.

You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have ideally gained experience in-house with a fund management company; experience in basic numeracy in relation to equity and loan documentation ideal.

This role would suit a private equity or real estate funds lawyer looking to move into a business role whilst using their legal experience. You will be a self-starter, be commercially minded and happy to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
