This leading international law firm is top of its game in a number of key areas and the marketing team is going through an exciting period of growth.
As Senior Business Development Manager you will report into the highly capable Head of Business Development for practice groups who is driving forward a new strategy for the practice groups. You will be aligned to the firm’s leading dispute resolution group and work closely with the global practice group head based in Germany to drive forward business development for the group;
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and driving forward business development plans;
- Developing thought leadership and new products/services to go out to market with;
- Leading on major bids and proposals, playing an advisory role to partners;
- Developing marketing campaigns;
- Integrating new partners into the business and working one to one in an advisory capacity to partners;
- Budget management;
- Reporting on business development activity and measuring ROI;
- Profile raising initiatives – working closely with the PR, events and digital teams;
- Firm-wide projects;
- Managing the more junior members of the team.
The role can be based in London or Germany.
You will have a significant track record in and business development within a law firm, and must have worked with litigation/dispute resolution teams. You will be adept at coaching partners and have the gravitas to liaise with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
