My client, a well-known outsourcing company specialising in facilities management, is seeking an in-house Paralegal to join their established team based in Bristol.
The successful candidate will report to the head of legal, responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with a wide range of matters including construction contracts, supplier T&C's, public tenders, DP
- Assisting with litigious matters
- Assisting with internal controls and legal spend
- Providing legal assistance to other divisions
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal with previous exposure to drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. I am particularly keen to hear from candidates with in-house experience although candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
