An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright and motivated paralegal to join a privately owned financing company based in the city.
In joining this tight knit legal team you will assist and gain exposure across a range of financing areas, including trade, asset, art and real estate finance.
You will independently be drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including NDAs, as well as transnational documentation. On top of this you will work directly with the lawyers on range of matters relation to more specific finance matters.
This position offers great exposure to a range of work as well as the opportunity to work in an environment that genuinely encourages legal involvement in the commercial aspects of the business.
Our client is looking for bright individuals with outstanding academics, including a minimum of a commendation in the LPC. Previous experience within a finance team in a top city firm or the in-house team of a leading financial institutions is desired.
