In-House Lawyer (Banking & Finance)

This asset management partnership is due to enter another round of funding, bringing the group's total, close to one billion dollars.

Since their inception, they have grown their team and portfolio, which is why they now require a second In-House Lawyer to work alongside their existing In-House Lawyer.

The partners of the group have an excellent reputation in the market, which has proved useful when scaling the business and associated projects.

The nature of their business is to lend money to other businesses and, although a majority of their projects are within the real estate sector, they also regularly invest in a diverse range of areas, such as technology and, they're always interested in new fields to specialise in and invest in.

If you have Banking & Finance experience, with Real Estate Financing too, that would be ideal. They will be able to compromise on one or the other should you have a great track record in either area.

You will also deal with the restructuring of businesses around Europe, for that reason, there is a preference for candidates that are dual-qualified; you will need to be qualified in England & Wales as a minimum but should you have also qualified in Spain, Netherlands or Germany, our client would definitely be keen to meet with you.

Aside from the financial areas, you will also deal with general commercial contracts, such as drafting, negotiating and renegotiating contracts.
