Our leading client is seeking to expand their real estate team with an experience residential development legal executive. Due to increasing work levels my client is looking for a strong commercial and technical candidate to join their experienced team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the sales of new build properties, this can include development agreements, site set up work, preparing leases and transfers.
You will have at least 12 months experience as a residential development paralegal and have obtained your LLB or LPC. This is an excellent opportunity for some looking to develop their skills and experience, developing their legal career within an established residential development team.
