Senior Property Litigation Solicitor- 5 Years PQE - Buckinghamshire
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Litigator to take a step up in their career with an award winning legal 500 firm based in Buckinghamshire.
A leading Buckinghamshire firm are on the lookout for an experienced Property Litigator to come and join their Commercial Property team.
You will need to have a minimum of 5 years PQE, with previous management experience, due to this role requiring you to manage a small team of fee earners.
You will need broad knowledge of all aspects of property litigation including 1954 Act renewals, Leasehold Enfranchisement, landlord and tenant disputes, residential and commercial debt recovery and possession actions, lease interpretation, advising on break clauses, supporting the property team.
