CORPORATE LAWYER - FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY

Our client is the leading dedicated operator of food and beverage in travel locations in Europe and Asia, with a growing presence in North America, operating restaurants, bars, cafés, food courts and convenience stores in airports, train stations, motorway service stations, retail parks, conference centers and other leisure locations. Over 30,000 employees serve 5 million consumers everyday in 30 countries around the world.

The company is now looking for a corporate lawyer to join the team in the UK head office. Reporting to the General Counsel and Company Secretary, you will be responsible for range of corporate and commercial areas, including corporate governance, internal reorganisation, due diligence, transactions, trade mark portfolio management, broad co-sec work, NDAs, and lease agreements.

You will have a corporate background from a top tier private practice firm. This role will suit an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is adept at identifying what needs to be done and stepping in to accomplish this, who can manage a range of tasks at one time and who can deal with a variety of people on different levels. Excellent interpersonal skills and a good sense of humour are essential.
