Client Details

Our client is a household technology name based in Berkshire.

Description

This role is to support the UK Legal team with all administration and day to day requests from B2C and B2B business units, particularly with marketing (promotions) and customer department (issues with customers, claims etc and liaising with Trading Standards). The role will also involve liaising with a number of legal managers in the EEA to collate information as well as organising and delivering training, reports and contract administration for the Department. It will also include support with compliance activities such as competition law legal checks with employees as well as Company Secretarial support.

Profile

The ideal In House Commercial Paralegal will be able to demonstate prior experience of drafting and reviewing commercial contracts ideally from experience gained within another in house legal team. Further qualities that our client will be looking for include:

• A self-starter - able to work both alone and as part of a team

• Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills with the ability to work to tight time schedules, prioritise and handle conflicting demands

• High attention to detail, quality and accuracy

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

• Able to handle confidential data with discretion

Job Offer

A salary of up to £27,000 is on offer.
