Friendly but busy team in Oxfordshire are now looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic wills and probate specialist to join their expanding department will be working in the very friendly and busy team, working alongside the Partner, 2 very experienced fee earners and full support staff.

The private client team is a well-established, supportive group which would provide a great career opportunity. They have a very loyal client base with interesting and varied work. The Firm is going through rapid commercial growth in all departments, making it an exciting place for work and career development.

The firm is in a very convenient high street location and can offer free parking. The firm's client base is very loyal as our attention to detail and client service is paramount and ideally you will be used to working with HNW clients.

STEP is desirable and the caseload will be variable so you must be familiar with the range of private client matters including Wills, Trusts, IHT Planning, Powers of Attorney etc. You will be eager to increase your caseload and take and create opportunities to market the Firm and the Department.

ESSENTIAL:

* 3 years experience handling your own case load of Private Client Wills, Trusts and Probate matters. However a minimum of 1 years experience for exceptional candidates will be considered.

An overview of the requirements:

* Inheritance Tax and Succession planning (this is done in house)
* Will Preparation
* Trust set up and administration
* Court of Protection applications
* Lasting Powers of Attorney preparation and registration
* Estate Administration
* Deputyship and Power of Attorney administration

You should be able to put clients at ease with your approachable manner and your all round knowledge and commercial awareness will be an advantage when meeting time and financial targets.
