A prestigious International Law Firm is looking to hire a new Talent & Projects Advisor to join a growing team, providing expert advice, guidance and working on a range of HR services. Responsibilities will include using and manipulating the company MI on a regular and ad hoc basis to help inform project decisions, key performance indicators, headcount statistics and survey data, ongoing review of Firm's policies and procedures in the view of project delivery; recommending and updating policies where appropriate, to ensure they are current and in line with best practice and statute, provide administrative support for the project team as required: creating project plans, updating WIP documents, work with Talent Business Partners on generalist HR activities as required, including promotions, family friendly policies, secondments and retirement, provide expert advice to line managers on employee relations issues and lead on case work as required. This may include disciplinary, capability, grievances, redundancies and probation extension conversations as required, liaising with the Firm's Occupational Health Advisors, referring cases as necessary and ensuring implementation of recommendations, liaising with Business Directors and Talent Resourcing team on lateral hires and ensure our recruitment strategy is aligned to our strategic objectives. Other duties include support the appraisal process including attending preparation meetings, appraisal meetings and following up on objectives, support annual salary and bonus review process through collating market information, advising on market trends and making recommendations for salaries and bonuses, supporting annual engagement survey in relation to updating survey questions, issuing electronic survey, analysis and interpretation of results, monitoring of subsequent action. Candidates must have strong project management experience within a professional services environment, preferably within a Law Firm. Candidates must have strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and in writing.
