Investment management company is seeking a commercial lawyer to manage the legal issues arising from contractual documentation with its clients and intermediaries.
Being part of the wider legal team, this lawyer will take charge of drafting, negotiating and enhancing the suite of client agreements and other terms of business relating to the funds platform and management services. No financial services background is necessary, but a good grounding in corporate or commercial law is essential.
