Locum Commercial Property Paralegal/Legal Executive

An excellent opportunity for a Locum Commercial Property Legal Executive has arisen within a Local Authority in the East Midlands. This position requires someone who is looking for a challenging role handling a range of commercial property matters including Right to Buys, Deeds of Variations and Leases.

The contract is predicted to last for a minimum period of 3 months and there is a chance that it could be extended. Ideally, the successful candidate could start as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

Applications will be considered from experienced Paralegals, Legal Executives and Lawyers with strong Local Authority experience. Candidates who wish to work on a part-time basis will also be considered however, there is a strong preference for candidates who can work full-time hours.

In return, an hourly rate of approximately £20 to £30 per hour is offered dependent upon experience and qualifications.
