Reward Advisor - £45k per annum
A top 100 law firm is seeking an experienced Payroll and Rewards professional to join their HR team who are super friendly and supportive.
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the firm's reward strategy and programmes, and to process the firm's monthly payroll.
Duties will include -
- advise and guide colleagues on the reward policy and compensation packages
- manage the firm's benefit programme and build relationships with benefit providers
- communicate throughout the firm the benefits available
-support the annual salary review process
- propose and develop new benefit and reward programmes
- produce reports for senior management and various HR meetings
