An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Company Secretarial Manager to join a forward thinking recognisable brand until March 2019.

The role will predominantly be based in Bournemouth however the client is flexible with home working 2 or 3 days a week. You will also be required to travel to their London office on an ad-hoc basis.

You will be able to provide legal and regulatory expertise in areas of corporate governance and company law.

Responsibilities include:

*Preparing of the agendas for board meetings, board committees
*Producing high quality board papers and minutes
*Providing legal advice to the board and the business on matters relating to Companies Act, Friendly Societies Act and other legislations
*Monitoring and developing the businesses corporate governance procedures

Candidate Requirements

*In-house experience in a Company Secretarial position

*Background working in Financial services background is desirable
*Previous experience in corporate governance and regulatory law
