Our client is a law firm with an office in central London.
Description
This Commercial Property Paralegal role will involve:
- File opening and administration
- Lexcel compliance preparation such as scanning and carrying out money laundering processes
- Updating SLX during and at the end of transactions
- Dealing with search requests for property transactions and collating the results
- Report collating and part preparation
- SDLT submissions
- Land Registry applications and post completion administration
- File closure and archiving
- Legal research
Profile
For this Commercial Property Paralegal role, you will have:
- A legal degree or the GDL completed
- Ideally to have completed the LPC with the elective chosen in property
- Prior experience as a paralegal within property law
