Pashto speaking Paralegal - International Department

Leigh Day is seeking a Pashto Speaking Paralegal to join its highly acclaimed International Department. This is an excellent opportunity to join a coveted, award winning, specialist ‘claimant’ law firm renowned for ground breaking cases.

Key tasks and responsibilities;        

This role will involve extensive client contact, especially over the telephone. The successful candidate will mainly be interviewing clients and translating various documents as well as carrying out some administrative work. 

To be successful;

The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Pashto and English with excellent speaking, reading and writing skills. Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication coupled with strong client servicing skills and should be able to deal with clients in an appropriate professional manner. Computer literacy with advanced Word, Excel and Access skills is essential. We are looking for hard-working and proactive individuals who are able to use their initiative and are able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.  A positive attitude and an active interest in this area of law are key requirements of this role.

This is a 6 months fixed term contract (with possibility of extension) position based in London.
