A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Private Client solicitor with a forward-thinking, progressive legal 500 firm based in at their Maidstone office. As a Private Client Solicitor you will manage your own case load of varied private client matters and will help drive the business forward.
Reporting to the Partner, this role will work in a department of 6 and will handle a case load of private client matters including preparation of Wills & Probate, Tax and Estate Planning, trusts and Powers of attorney etc. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to join a successful regional firm in Maidstone
Required skills & experience/ responsibilities:
* Professional, efficient and effective management of varied Private Client work.
* Excellent client liaison/interpersonal skills (verbal and written). Ability to organise, prioritise and handle a busy and varied caseload. Commercial awareness and competent time management skills.
* IT/PC literacy.
*Team player, who is also proactive, independent, self motivated with plenty of commitment and initiative.
* STEP membership preferred.
