I am currently looking for a Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join a highly regarded nationwide firm based in Bristol.
You will be assisting the Senior Lawyers and Fee Earners on a wide range of pre-litigated and litigated defendant Clinical Negligence claims. The team is ambitious and expanding rapidly and so this vacancy offers the real possibility of progression for ambitious, commercially minded candidates.
Day to duties of the role include;
- Drafting documents
- Instructing Counsel
- Arranging and attending Case Management Conferences alongside Counsel
- Undertaking research and managing the disclosure process
- Liaising with witnesses and instructing experts
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience of litigation matters. Experience of personal injury, clinical negligence or insurance claims litigation is highly desirable. It is also essential that the candidate has completed the LPC or ILEX course.
In return, my client is offering a generous salary of up to £20,000 per annum (dependant on experience) and the opportunity to work alongside and learn from Chambers rated Lawyers.
